Our Team
Harshad Nasit is responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials and services while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. He manages supplier relationships, negotiates prices and terms, issues purchase orders, and coordinates with production, QC, and finance departments to ensure uninterrupted operations and optimal inventory levels.
Jayesh Nasit is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance with company policies. He supports employee relations, coordinates training and administrative tasks, and ensures smooth HR operations in line with organizational requirements.
Dipak Bhadani is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising production operations to ensure efficient, safe, and timely manufacturing. He oversees manpower, machinery, and processes, ensures quality and safety standards are met, coordinates with QC, maintenance, and procurement teams, and works to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
Dhruvin Nakrani is responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies to promote company products and expand market reach. He manages client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, oversees pricing and promotions, and coordinates with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Piyush Parmar is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation. He supports budgeting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and coordinates with internal departments to ensure accurate financial records and smooth financial operations.
Aniket Lawande is responsible for monitoring and inspecting raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. He conducts quality checks, maintains test records, supports corrective actions, and coordinates with production teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
